30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or a refund. If the product is not right for you, we make it right.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Your order number is required as proof of purchase. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@autaux.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you receive those instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@autaux.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, contact support@autaux.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at no cost at any time before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
