Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES (UNITED STATES)

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. Items that ship from a U.S. warehouse usually arrive faster, in 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by peak seasons, severe weather and carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $49. On orders below $49 a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.

TRACKING

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a tracking number by email. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase it for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rates and delivery times outside the United States vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order is delayed beyond the estimate above, email support@autaux.com with your order number. We track it down and, if the parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
